Ticketing/Pre-Registration Information
December 13-15
Arrive anytime from 4:30-8:30pm to join us for Road to Bethlehem! While pre-registrations are no longer available, all are welcome to come. We’ve taken steps to make sure we’re able to accommodate all our guests. If you don’t have a ticket, don’t worry, you can still come when you’re able! If you’ve already pre-registered, be sure to still bring along your confirmation email to ensure reduced wait times and guaranteed parking.

Need To Know
- Confirmation Email Required for Pre-Registration
Confirmation emails must be presented upon arrival. Cell phone coverage may not be available. Before you arrive, please have your confirmation email saved to your phone or printed out. - Arrival Times
The pre-registration starting times are based on a 15-minute window. In order to maximize parking for this event, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled starting time, and leave immediately at the conclusion of your tour. For walk ups, arrive any time before 4:30pm & 8:30pm to begin your journey. - Accessibility
The ruggedness of the path will make it difficult for wheelchairs and those who would have trouble hiking a half-mile path. In order to address that, off-road wheelchairs will be available for guests to use. For more information, please call the church office: (717) 456-7600 - What to Wear
Sturdy shoes or boots are recommended. Sandals or flip-flops are NOT recommended. - Food and Drink
Cookies & hot cocoa will be provided at the end of the tour, with gluten free options available. Please Note: Cookies may contain trace amounts of nuts or wheat. - Smoking
To protect the health and well-being of our guests, staff, and animals, Road to Bethlehem is a smoke-free event. Guests may smoke in their personal vehicles. - Pets
Pets are not permitted on the tour. Properly identified service animals that provide assistance for guests with disabilities are permitted on the church grounds.
